UCPath is a system-wide project launched by the University of California (UC) to modernize its payroll system.

UCPath introduces new, modern technology on the PeopleSoft platform that integrates and align payroll, benefits and transaction processing across the UC system. All UCLA Faculty and Staff have access to the UCPath portal, where they can view their personal job data and payroll information, sign up for Direct Deposit, update tax withholdings, view/enroll in benefits, view vacation and sick leave balances, and more. Faculty and Staff will also benefit from the UCPath Center, the shared services hub which provides dedicated and responsive customer service support.

UCLA deployed UCPath on September 23, 2018, partnering with UC Santa Barbara as part of the UCLA/UCSB Pilot implementation, joining the Office of the President, which launched UCPath in 2015, and our sister campuses — Merced, Riverside, and ASUCLA.

The UCPath Center is your first point of contact for payroll and benefits questions. Contact the UCPath Center by visiting the UCPath Portal and clicking on the ‘Ask UCPath Center’ button or by calling (855) 982‐7284, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST).

A Message from Omar Noorzai
Executive Director, UCLA Business Transformation Office

UCLA has officially launched UCPath. What an accomplishment! We are truly excited to have reached this milestone in UCLA’s administrative history of bringing long-awaited, modern, human resource and payroll technology to our campus.  By joining our sister campuses in using the new UCPath Portal and our new customer service center, the UCPath Center, we are all continuing to set the stage for bringing the remaining UC campuses onto this new system and revolutionizing how we do business across the University of California.

As we launch UCPath, we should be reminded that change is sometimes difficult and we may experience challenges along the way. But be assured that the UCPath team will work to resolve any issues that may arise.

I strongly encourage you to log into the UCPath Portal to explore first-hand what our new technology has to offer. I also urge you to contact the UCPath Center should you have questions.

Thank you for your continued support of the UCLA UCPath program.  We could not have reached this moment without you.  Know that your support has played a critical part in ushering our campus into a new, more collaborative way of working, providing us with greater operational freedom to focus on our core mission of teaching, research and public service.
