UCPath Training in Full Swing

Training for UCLA staff who will perform transactions in the UCPath system is currently in progress.   The UCPath Training Program is designed to provide end users, based upon their role in the UCPath system, with instruction on how to perform HR and Payroll transactions once the system launches in September.

The first phase of training began in May with a Training Leads Pilot program. The Training Leads Pilot program allowed the identified Training Leads in each UCLA organization to take all eleven (11) of the UCPath instructor-led training courses, as well as the web-based training courses.  Feedback from the Training Leads helped shaped the next phase of comprehensive training that is currently being offered to the wider end user campus population.  All end users must complete training by August 31 to ensure that they are provisioned into the UCPath system during the transition period.

Self-service training for the UCPath Portal, which is largely replacing AYSO, will also be available for all employees in the coming weeks. More information about this training will be shared closer to the campus transition to UCPath.

If you have questions about UCPath Training, please submit them via our UCLA UCPath Training Inquiry Form and someone from the training team will be in contact with you within 48 hours.
