How to When to Access UCPath Portal (Online)

You will continue to visit At Your Service Online (AYSO) to view historical information, print your 2018 W-2 and view your retirement information

The new UCPath Portal (Online) will be available for viewing, accessing, and updating your personal information, 24/7

 

 

Signing into the UCPath Portal (Online)

You must use your Single Sign-On (SSO) to log in  to the UCPath Portal. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), is also required

The UCLA Logon ID is the SSO for all UCLA employees

If you are a Health Systems employee, you can also log in with your Mednet ID after you have created your UCLA Logon ID. To create a UCLA Logon ID, visit https://accounts.iam.ucla.edu

SSO requires Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If you haven’t already done so, be sure to enroll in MFA. Visit it.ucla.edu/security/resources/mfa-at-ucla for more information
